O que mais gostei neste alojamento foi o pessoal. Foram sempre simpáticos e prestáveis, dando-nos recomendações para visitar e comer em bons sítios. As toalhas são mudadas diariamente.
Também nos ajudaram a lavar a nossa roupa facilmente. Têm uma solução para tudo o que se possa pedir 🙂

What I liked the most out of this accommodation was the staff. They were always kind and helpful ,giving us recommendations for visiting and eating in good places. Towels are changed daily. They also helped us washing our clothes easily. They have a solution for everything you may ask for 🙂 Good job!

Our experience at Alto do Forte was magnificent.
It started with the warm welcome from the staff and the convenience with which they gave us the information we needed via WhatsApp.
The facilities were comfortable, clean and well appointed.
Everything worked perfectly!
We had breakfast in the lodge and were delighted.
The jacuzzi and spa area are also excellent.It was a perfect choice for a romantic evening! We will return.

Our stay was exceptional in this accommodation, from the breakfast, to the facilities, to the location to the Staff everything was exceptional and impeccable, if we return to São Miguel we will undoubtedly choose Alto do Forte for our stay again.
Este é um apart-hotel excepcional. A equipe é incrivelmente simpática e prestativa em atender às nossas necessidades de estadia curta. Por exemplo, preparando um café da manhã personalizado para nós, pois precisávamos partir para o voo mais cedo naquela manhã. Além disso, como era nossa lua de mel, eles também colocaram surpresas extras em nosso quarto, o que foi muito apreciado. Os apartamentos são bem equipados com toalhas e roupões para aproveitar ao máximo as instalações de sauna e spa. Todos os móveis eram confortáveis e impecavelmente limpos. Esta é realmente uma das melhores opções de estadia turística em Ponta Delgada e não poderíamos recomendá-la o suficiente.
This is an exceptional apartment hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and so lovely in supporting our short stay needs. For example, putting together a custom breakfast for us as we needed to depart for our flight earlier in the morning. In addition, as it was our honeymoon, they also put extra surprises into our room which was so appreciated. The apartments are well equipped with towels and robes to make full use of their sauna and spa facilities all of the soft furnishings were comfortable and immaculately clean. This really is one of the top tourist stays in Ponta Delgada and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Pequeno almoço é deixado à porta dentro de uma caixa, trás variedades de pão, 2 sumos, leite, queijo fresco, fiambre e outros 2 queijos, iogurtes, granola, cereais de chocolate, compotas, manteiga (unidoses), cápsulas café, fruta e ovos mexidos.. Caso quiséssemos alterar algo no pequeno almoço na recepção tinham uma listagem em que podíamos escolher. No último dia tínhamos de sair mais cedo por causa da viagem, mas fizeram-nos uma pequena caixa para o pequeno almoço entregue durante a tarde para podermos realizar a nossa refeição.. A internet e televisão eram rápidas. As áreas de refeição eram fantásticas e tinham loiça no apartamento para tudo, com máquina de lavar loiça e pastilhas para serem utilizadas na mesma. Adoramos e certamente iremos voltar.
Breakfast is left at the door in a box with a variety of bread, 2 juices, milk, fresh cheese, ham and 2 other cheeses, yogurt, granola, chocolate cereal, jam, butter (unidoses), coffee capsules, fruit and scrambled eggs. If we wanted to change something at breakfast, they had a list for us to choose from at reception.
On the last day we had to leave early because of our trip, but they made us a small box for breakfast delivered in the afternoon so we could have our meal.
The internet and television were fast.
The dining areas were fantastic and there was crockery in the apartment for everything, with a dishwasher and tablets for use in the same.
We loved it and will certainly return.

Nice, clean, pleasant. The staff were very professional and attentive. We had an early flight and were offered a rich lunch package. Spacious, new and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. The property is located close to the city center. Large underground parking lot (free). We will definitely come back. All references.
